To provide and maintain our business operations platform, including inventory management, POS, procurement, and analytics services.

To process transactions and maintain accurate business records for your organization.

6. Data Retention

Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription.

After account closure, we retain essential business records for 8 years as required by Indian tax and accounting regulations.

Usage analytics and logs are retained for 2 years for service improvement purposes.

You may request early deletion of non-essential data at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

Uneora is a business platform not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through an in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Uneora after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
